I guess I should probably tell you a little about myself and why I started this blog. I was born on the Isle of Wight, UK. It was a beautiful place to grow up, with its vast landscapes and beaches. It was the perfect place to get yourself into childhood mischief. However, when I was 16, my family and I decided to relocate to the United States. I spent a little over 3 years in the small town of Hawley, Minnesota. I attended high school there, where I got the full small town American High school experience. After I graduated, my visa as nearing its end. My family applied for a green card, but we were not successful. Which lead to my decision to return back to the UK on my own. So I packed up 2 large suitcases, started working full time in my old small bed and breakfast on the Isle of Wight. After a couple months I got my acceptance to university, where I then relocate to Plymouth for the next 4 years. I studied law, criminology and criminal justice and graduated in 2014. After I graduated I struggled to my foot in the door, and then decided to do a volunteer programme with balloon ventures in Kenya. I resided in a small town about 30 minutes outside of Nakuru. There I stayed with a Kenyan family and embraced the Kenyan lifestyle. I returned back to the UK 3 months later, after the end of programme. I still now reside in the UK, which is where I started this blog.
